Meta Business Suite Tips for 2023
If you manage social media for your business, then you might have been noticing a few changes lately to their page management. Facebook used to use a platform called Creator Studio that brought together all of the tools to effectively post, manage, monetize and track performance across your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Over the past few months they have been making the switch over to a new platform called Meta Business Suite.
Like most updates to social media platforms, it hasn’t been easy, and there have been a few hiccups along the way for many! If you find yourself in that boat of trying to understand this new dashboard, keep reading for a few tips to help you along the way!
In Creator Studio, if you wanted to draft, schedule, and post the same content on your Facebook page and your Instagram account, you had to draft them as separate posts in the Facebook section and the Instagram section. This meant double the work each time. In Meta Business Suite, you can now upload the content one time and schedule for both social media accounts.
When they only had Creator Studio, this was strictly for content creation. You could not see other important tools. With Meta Business Suite you can now quickly access other Meta tools like Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, Business Settings, and more all in one place!
They have done some work on managing your inbox, which is nice because this can be a big source of frustration for a lot of people. Keeping up with messages is hard, but to make it easier you can see messages across Instagram and Facebook all in one place. Meta has stated they are in the process of still adding new features and updates to the Business Suite as it merges creator tools from Creator Studio and business tools into one suite.
